Our written guarantee, explained
How long each treatment is covered, what that cover means in practice and what to do if something goes wrong after you are back in the UK.
Every treatment at our Turkish dental clinic comes with a written guarantee. Implants with their abutment are guaranteed for life, and a failed implant is replaced once free of charge. Crowns, bridges and smile makeovers have five years, laminate veneers three years and whitening one year. Conditions apply, so read the written terms; guarantee work is done at our clinic in Antalya.

A guarantee is only worth something if you know what it covers and how to use it from 2,000 miles away. This page sets out our written guarantee in plain terms, then goes through what happens if something fails after you get home. The official wording is on dentprecious.com, and a copy comes with your treatment plan. Where this page and the written terms differ, the written terms apply.
How long each treatment is covered
| Treatment | Guarantee | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Dental implants with abutment | Lifetime | A failed implant is replaced once, free of charge |
| Crowns | 5 years | Zirconia, E-max and porcelain crowns |
| Dental bridges | 5 years | Tooth- or implant-supported |
| Smile makeover | 5 years | Crowns or veneers as one plan |
| Laminate veneers | 3 years | E-max laminate veneers |
| Teeth whitening | 1 year | In-clinic whitening |
"Lifetime" on implants means the implant itself and its abutment, the connector that holds the tooth. If an implant fails, we replace it once without charge. The crown or bridge on top of the implant has its own period, the same five years as other crowns and bridges.
What the cover means in practice
An implant that does not settle
Most implants fuse with the bone during the healing months. A small number do not, or become loose later. If that happens to one of yours, it falls under the lifetime cover. The dentist removes it, lets the area heal if needed, and places a new one. Whether a bone graft is needed before the new implant depends on what the dentist finds, and your coordinator will tell you in writing how that is handled.
A crown or bridge that breaks or comes off
Zirconia and E-max crowns are strong, but a crown can still chip, crack or come loose. Within five years, failure of the crown or bridge is covered. Damage from an accident or a blow to the mouth is a different matter, which is why the conditions below matter.
Veneers and whitening
Laminate veneers have three years. Whitening has one year. If a veneer comes off or fails in normal use within that time, it falls under the cover, subject to the written terms.
What is not covered
Some treatments are outside the guarantee because the result depends on things no dentist can fully control. According to the written terms, these include:
- root canal treatment
- deep cleaning and gum treatment
- laser teeth whitening
- dental work done earlier by other dentists
- travel costs, including flights
Conditions you should know about
A guarantee asks something of both sides. The written terms list situations where cover may be reduced or may not apply. In general terms they relate to:
- keeping up good daily cleaning and following the dentist's aftercare advice
- going to regular check-ups, which can be with your own dentist in the UK
- wearing a night guard if you grind your teeth and have been advised to wear one
- looking after any removable parts properly
- completing payment for the treatment
- damage from contact sports or accidents, which is not treated as failure of the work
This is a summary, not the terms themselves. Please see the written terms for the exact wording, and ask us before treatment if any condition is unclear.
Keep a simple record of your UK check-ups: a note of the date and practice is enough. If you ever need to make a claim, it shows you have looked after the work.
If something goes wrong after you get home
- Do not wait. If a crown is loose, a tooth hurts more each day or you notice swelling, act early. Small problems are easier to fix.
- Message your coordinator. Send clear photos and a short description on WhatsApp. Say when it started and whether it hurts.
- A dentist reviews it. The photos go to one of our dentists, who judges how urgent the problem is, whether it can be left until a planned visit, and whether a local dentist should see you first.
- See someone locally if needed. For pain, swelling or anything urgent, see a dentist near you or call NHS 111. Your implant passport and copies of your scans tell them what was done.
- Plan the repair. When a repair under the guarantee is needed, you and your coordinator pick dates. Flights are yours to book; the hotel nights for the treatment and the transfers are arranged by us.
- Treatment and records. The covered work is done at our clinic in Antalya and added to your records.
Why the work is done in Antalya
We keep your scans, your plan and the laboratory details at the clinic, and we work with the same implant systems and materials that were used for you. That is why guarantee work takes place here rather than at a practice in the UK. We do not have a clinic or partner dentists in the UK. Your own dentist at home is still important for check-ups, cleaning and urgent care, and our records help them.

Common questions
When does the guarantee period start?
The start date and exact wording are in the written terms you receive with your plan. If anything is unclear, ask your coordinator before treatment.
Will you pay for my flights for a guarantee repair?
No. Flights are never included, including for guarantee visits. We provide the hotel for the treatment period and the transfers.
Can a UK dentist do the repair and send you the bill?
Guarantee work is done at our clinic, where we have your records and the same materials. If a UK dentist treats you, that is between you and them. Message us first so we can advise.
Is my implant passport needed for a claim?
It helps. It records which implants you have, so it is the quickest way for us, or any dentist, to confirm the details. We also keep your records at the clinic.
What if I am not sure the problem is covered?
Message your coordinator with photos and a description. A dentist will look and tell you honestly whether it falls under the guarantee.
Ask a Turkish dentist for a free written plan
Phone photos of your smile or an old X-ray are enough. You get the treatment, the implant brand and the price in pounds on paper, with no obligation to book.
