Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data collected on turkishdentalclinic.co.uk is Precious Oral and Dental Health Centre, trading as Precious Dental, Yeşilbahçe Mah. Savaş Cad. Mevsim Apt. No:3AA Üst Kat, Muratpaşa, Antalya, Türkiye. You can reach us about anything on this page at info@dentprecious.com.
Our UK company is Precious Teeth Ltd, Companies House number 14018597. It does not provide treatment. The clinic's full patient privacy notice is published at dentprecious.com/privacy-policy. This page covers this website.
What the enquiry form collects
When you send the form, we receive:
- whatever you fill in: name, email, a phone or WhatsApp number (optional), country, the treatment you are asking about, how you would like a reply, and your message
- a few details about your visit: the page you sent the form from, the page where you first arrived, the site that linked to us and any campaign tags in that link
No medical records are requested on the form. Photos, X-rays or health details you choose to send later, by WhatsApp or email, are used for one purpose only: assessing and planning your treatment.
Where your enquiry goes
The form sends your enquiry through a small script on our server (lead.php), which emails it to our clinic enquiry inbox at crm@dentprecious.com. A backup copy is written to a CSV file kept in a private folder on the web server, outside the public part of the site, so that an enquiry is not lost if an email fails.
The people who see it are the Precious Dental staff who answer patient enquiries, including our coordinators and dentists. Once you have booked treatment, we share only what is needed with the hotel and transfer drivers who look after your trip. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy also apply to those messages.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your details to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a written treatment plan and price. The legal bases are the consent you give by ticking the box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Any health information you choose to share is used only with your explicit consent and only for your care.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising profiles, and we do not pass it to other clinics.
Processing in Türkiye
The clinic is in Türkiye, so your details are handled there by our team. Access is limited to the staff who need it, and we use secure email and hosting.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply to you and follow up the treatment you asked about, and no longer than that. If you become a patient, your clinical records are kept for the period the law requires for medical records. Whenever you ask us to delete an enquiry, we remove it from the inbox and the backup file.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- ask us to delete your data
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
- withdraw your consent at any time
