Why Precious Dental, and when we may not suit you
The concrete things we do for every patient, and the cases where another option may serve you better.

We also prefer keeping healthy teeth to crowning them. We may not suit you if you need treatment close to home, cannot travel twice for implants or want one appointment only.
Every dental clinic in Turkey will tell you it is a good choice. We would rather tell you what we actually do, so you can check it, and also be clear about when we are not the right dentist in Turkey for you. The reasons below are things you can see on paper before you book.
A written plan that names things
Before you book a flight, you receive a written plan from a dentist. It lists each tooth and what will be done to it, the material (for example zirconia or E-max), and for implants the brand. Each line has a price in pounds. It says how many trips you need and how many hotel nights are included.
A named brand matters because "an implant" on its own tells you very little. With the brand written down, you, your UK dentist and any dentist in the future know exactly what is in your jaw. The final plan is confirmed after a 3D scan at the clinic, and any change is shown to you in writing before treatment.
One implant price across three brands
We place MegaGen, Neodent and Straumann implants, and all three cost £300 per implant. We set it up that way on purpose. When every brand costs the same, the dentist can choose the one that fits your bone and your case without the price nudging the decision either way. You will be told which brand is recommended for you and why. Our implants page explains more.
Records you take home
Every implant patient leaves with an implant passport and copies of their X-rays and scans. The passport records the implants that were placed, so a dentist in the UK can identify them years from now. Having your own records also means you are never dependent on us for information about your own mouth.
A guarantee in writing
Implants with their abutment are guaranteed for life, with a failed implant replaced once free of charge. Crowns, bridges and smile makeovers have five years, laminate veneers three years and whitening one year. Conditions apply, such as regular check-ups and wearing a night guard if you grind, and they are set out in the written terms. Our guarantee page explains how to use it from the UK.
People who answer your messages
Our patient coordinators speak English and deal with UK patients every day. You message them on WhatsApp before you travel, they meet you at the clinic, and they are still there when you are back home and have a question. A dentist looks at anything clinical, such as photos of a sore gum.
We prefer to keep healthy teeth
"Turkish teeth" has become a shorthand in the UK for healthy teeth filed down to make room for a full set of crowns. That is not how we want to work. If a sound tooth can be left alone, or improved with bonding or a veneer, we will say so, even though a bigger plan would cost you more. Reviews you can check, including the critical ones

We think it is worth reading those critical reviews before you decide. They tell you more about how a clinic handles problems than any number of happy ones.
When we may not be right for you
Treatment abroad is not the best choice for everyone. Be honest with yourself about these points, and we will be honest with you too.
- You need care close to home. If you have a complicated medical history, need frequent appointments or want to see the same dentist at short notice, a practice near you may suit you better.
- You cannot travel twice. Implants usually need two trips a few months apart. If a second trip is not possible, implants with us may not be practical.
- You want everything in one appointment. We do not promise teeth in a day. The dentist decides the timing after the 3D scan.
- Your health needs more planning first. Some conditions and medicines mean treatment should wait, or be done in a hospital setting.
- You need urgent treatment now. For pain or swelling today, see a dentist locally or call NHS 111.
- You want a UK-based guarantee repair. Guarantee work is done at our clinic in Antalya. We have no clinic or partner dentists in the UK.
If any of these apply, tell us. Sometimes there is a way round it; sometimes the right answer is not to travel.
Compare us properly
Put our written plan next to any other quote you have, UK or Turkish. Compare the materials, the implant brand, the number of trips, what is included and what is not, and the guarantee terms. Will you tell me if I do not need treatment?
Yes. If a tooth is healthy, we would rather leave it alone. If bonding or a smaller treatment would do, the plan will say so.
Can I take your plan to my own dentist?
Please do. A written plan with the materials and brand named is easy for another dentist to check.
What if you are not right for me?
We will tell you. Sometimes the honest answer is that treatment nearer home, or a different approach, is better for you.

Spoke to Ogi prior to and during treatment, he arranged everything including transfers and accommodation, and fully explained process so I was aware of what was happening and when. Very happy with results and would certainly recommend Precious Dental for anyone considering treatment. Only downside was one of my appointments which was scheduled for 21:30 which I personally felt was too late for treatment, but overall a very good service.

Hi I had all on 6 treatment here at precious dent started journey Jan 26 then went back for finals in aug 26. I haven’t had any pain or swelling at all since I started & love the final results. First class service
A big thank you to Ogi and the team. Ogi was brilliant and honest from the start, always answered any questions I had . On my first visit had a scan and gave me advise and options of what treatment I could have with no pressure. I went for all on 6 and couldn’t be happier with my results. The price quoted was the price I paid no hidden costs. The hotel was lovely and the transfers from airport to hotel & for treatment were excellent. The staff our friendly and professional and delivered a top class service I would highly recommend.

I had such a lovely experience at precious dental in Turkey and I honestly couldn’t fault the whole experience. Ogi was absolutely excellent — so professional, caring and reassuring throughout. Everyone at the clinic was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. The dentist itself was spotlessly clean and modern, which immediately put my mind at ease. Also all the gentleman who drove us around in the taxi. They was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and really made getting to and from appointments stress-free. My experience at Precious Dental has been exceptional, my coordinator Betty, was fantastic from the very first message, to my first visit to receiving my permanents, I had a sinus lift, bone graft, 16 extractions and 12 implants, the entire team, from the drivers, all the the staff in the clinic, the dentists, the surgeons and obviously Betty were all incredible, I cannot thank them enough. The clinic was so hygienic and immaculate, I would highly recommend Precious Dental to anyone thinking about getting dental work done, I would also like to mention the hotel,(Falcon hotel), that Precious Dental arranged for us to stay at was also amazing, I genuinely cannot fault anything in my experience with Precious Dental, 10/10,I am so happy with my new smile 😁

Perfect experience
I couldn’t have received a better service from precious dental. Start to finish the treatment from these guys has been amazing. My initial contact with Ogi was very reassuring and professional. A Straightforward estimate for the work I needed, 5 implants, bone graft and sinus lift. Met by a very friendly driver from the airport to a lovely hotel (the Falcon) all arranged by Ogi. I’ve had the same driver for all transfers to the dentist which is only a 10 minute ride. Treatment itself was straightforward, explained throughout. I had temporary teeth for 6 months whilst bone was growing. These teeth were amazing in themselves. Now finished all treatments and have my permanent teeth in. They are amazing and look so natural.
